Stephen has well over a decade of experience in the public sector, with both the federal and provincial governments. He has risk managed billion dollar farm programs, advised on capital asset procurement for the RCMP, conducted macroeconomic research & modelling for Manitoba, negotiated healthcare agreements, and currently works for Manitoba's Provincial Comptroller.
Stephen gives of his time in many ways, volunteering on boards, spending days building homes with Habitat for Humanity, and building community.
